Shipping costs are not negotiable, in most cases. Freight Shipping ---------------------------- Large and/or heavy items (most bumper covers and engines, for example) will be shipped via Freight. Shipping Cutoff ---------------------------- Our normal shipping window is M-F 9am-4pm MST, not including holidays. We package orders and drop them off with the shipping company at the end of each business day. While we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, orders placed after 3pm MST may not be shipped until the following business day. Purchases with any expedited shipping (next day, 2nd day, etc) must be completed prior to 2pm MST, due to cutoff times at the shipping company centers. We are happy to ship Overnight and 2nd Day upon request, so long as you are willing to pay the difference. Handling Time ---------------------------- While we endeavor to get orders out either same day or next day, we allow 2 business days to account for the unforeseen. Whether it be that our shipper is out sick, or issues with Freight companies, etc. Handling time may be more for custom items or items that we fabricate ourselves: they're typically made to order. Returns ---------------------------- We currently have 30 day returns for our inventory. If you feel you need to return the item, please consider contacting us first.
