Purchase our service: Start by purchasing our repair service.2. Receive address and instructions: After your purchase, you will receive our address and instructions via eBay messages.3. Send us your instrument cluster: Send your instrument cluster to the provided address.4. Repair process: We will take care of all the repair work, usually within 24 hours of receiving the cluster.5. Testing for functionality: After the repairs are completed, we will power up and thoroughly test the cluster to ensure it is fully functional.6. After the initial one-year period, we will be pleased to replace the lights for you, subject to a nominal fee.For added convenience and peace of mind, shipping will be covered both ways for the first 3 months after you receive your repaired cluster.
