Description: This is a brand new and very well made 1 1/2" FLUID BED SYSTEM FOR POWDER PAINTING. This unit is designed to be used with 1/3 - 2/3oz powder paint, great for painting small amount of jigs, for personal use. Features:Lower and Upper Unit.The lower unit consists of: - plastic base- very good quality air valve with silicone air line tubing installed to the valve,The upper unit is made with a 1.1/2"ID x 2.1/4"deep cup and plastic lid. The cup has a paper air filter installed on the bottom. This Fluid Bed comes with a good quality air pump and is ready for use straight out of the box.The air filter and the air pump are specially selected to perfectly work with this fluid bed. There are no single volcanoes during the fluid bed operation, but after slow opening the air valve, all the fluid is evenly moving around the cup. It is very easy to replace the old paper filter from the Powder Paint Cup if necessary. Just simply scrub it down from the edge of the plastic cup, then apply a small amount of any kind super glue to the cup edge, then glue the new filter. The filter is a bit larger diameter than the cup, so when the glue is dry, simply trim the filter close to the cup using regular scissors. Spare cups and filters are available in my eBay Store.
