Description: This listing is for ONE (1) USED original equipment 15" full wheel cover (stock #0E) originally used on the 1956 Chevy full size passenger vehicles equipped with 15" standard steel wheels. This was considered the STANDARD ISSUE, or "deluxe" wheel cover and was offered on the mid-upper level trim package models. It was an option above the standard dog-dish style caps also used on the 1956 lineup. It has been a part of my personal collection for over 20 years. The last time it was on a vehicle was in 1992! Unfortunately 99% of the black painted accents have faded away leaving the bare stainless in its place. This could actually make it easier to restore since you wont need to worry about paint removal. It also has its share of small scratches/dings and various other superficial imperfections from years of road use and/or storage. Overall Id say its in DECENT condition for an item of this vintage. NOT a new or show quality item, but good enough to use on a daily driver , restoration candidate OR to keep as a spare (or wall hanger). Purchasing this listing will get you the exact cap pictured.
