Description: This Woods Burslem transferware plate is a perfect addition to any antique collection. The plate is 10 inches in diameter and feature a glossy brown/orange finish with a Turkey pattern. It was manufactured in England prior to 1940 and have some overall crazing, adding to the character It is an original production by the Woods Burslem brand. It was not handmade and has s printed backstamp. It weighs approximately 1 pound and is in nice shape for its age which two small nicks or chips (see picture). This plate would make a great statement piece for any Thanksgiving or Autumn -themed dinner party.
