Up to 1.5 times marker diamater.Their length is between 5" and 6" The bark of the cuttings is brown or brown-green, and several cuttings can be green (the softwood is more suitable for summer rooting)This bush produces very MANY great tasting figs at the end of August - September. Then at the end of September-beginning of October they produce second, smaller crop, few dozen figs per bush.This is my best producing fig bush - literally hundreds of medium-size delicious figs per season. I live in the northern part of Virginia, and this tree is doing very well. Winter frosts did not damage this tree.These plants will grow faster in sunny locations. Semi-shade is also OK.With respect to the taste - they taste delicious to me.
