In addition to 10% Sulfur, the bar also contains 3% Salicylic Acid which helps to naturally dissolve some of the intercellular 'glue' that holds skin cells together. Salicylic acid is considered a keratolytic medication, which means that it's perfect for supreme exfoliation. So we have a soap that will kill bacteria and shed the top layer of skin cells. Leave in contact with skin for at least 30 seconds. Then rinse thoroughly and pat dry. You may increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. You may follow cleansing with the moisturizer of your choosing.
