Description: Available is a 100% original World War II Fourth Air Force Patch. The beautiful bullion patch comes on an embroidered blue background. The red center of the star is also fully embroidered. There are three rows of bullion outlining the patch and the main highlights of the patch are made out of silver and gold bullion. The patch really pops from an aesthetic perspective. It appears to have a cheese cloth back. The patch measures slightly over 2 ½ inches wide and 3 1/8 inches tall. It does not glow under a black light. The patch is in excellent condition showing only minimal age. It does not appear to have ever been sewn on a shirt of uniform.
