Don’t be fooled by other listings claiming raw buckwheat honey. Buckwheat honey is generally very dark in color. Similar to maple syrup color or darker. As you can see from the photos with the buckwheat honey next to clover honey which also is a little darker honey. This honey is very dark! And has a wonderful buckwheat honey taste. If you’ve never had buckwheat honey before please try one of my smaller quantities options listed. It is a very unique taste and extremely palatable.
