Description: Mid America brand square gable vent. Fits a 12" opening. Color is a light tan or almond. Colors may vary on your monitor but I'd call it closer to ivory than brown. Condition is new but the box was damaged in storage. This is a vinyl vent with full screen on the backside. New, surplus inventory from a builder. It consists of a main vent unit with a push-on locking trim ring that covers the rough opening once installed. The overall size is about 14" square once installed.
