12 Vintage to Antique Lamp Finials, Some Glass, Some Plastic, Aladdin, other

Description: Nice 12 Finial Bundle Featuring Aladdin & other Makers Several Glass, 5 Plastic, Celluloid or Bakelite, One MetalA Scarce but sought after Green Jadeite, PAT #2059314 (1935) All for one Money! Great find from a selective Antique Lamp Collector's treasure trove. We just found these in inventory, been meaning to get to them for years. We just gently dusted them off, so they could use a better cleaning. Great bundle if you are an antique lighting bug like us. Rather than piece meal these out at $15-$125 each, we decided to sell them all. The brass portions of the finials have tarnished and there is some missing coating on brass, so they are as seen in pictures. They are all solid & all but the metal one (far left in first picture in photo gallery) fit snugly onto standard lamp posts. The metal one would need some filler resin or other to fit snug, but should be an easy fix. A few are Aladdin brand (the big bright blue one & the Moonstone Alacite), but not sure about the rest. The Green Jadeite Finial & other Blue & Amber claw hold & marble style finials were patented in 1935-1936 (Paul Chilo, Chicago, Ill). The Green one has a prominent patent #2059314, and it is partly visible on the Blue, but we could not see one on the Amber colored one. The Green Jadeite (or Jadite) colored ones have been selling up to $150 each with a many selling over $100 in last few years on eBay. There have been some under $100 of course depending on condition & other. The Aladdin finials sell from $30-$40 (each), the Bakelite or celluloid ones can also bring $15-$40 each depending on style. The Blue Marble ones have sold for up to $70 but mostly in $40-$50 range but hard to find one just like the one in this sale. Likewise the Amber ones go from $15-$35 as well. Value on all pieces would be closer to $350-$400 if pieced out, but we are selling the bundle way under that. Please Read: See our Feedback & Buy with confidence. For this reason, if an item is ever damaged, it will be the Buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping service and we can provide photos from packing to assist Buyers. The process is not difficult, but the timing of such does not allow adequate time for the item to be returned to us and then for us to proceed with a claim (chain of custody questions can arise as well on returned items due to double shipping and handling so it is just easier for Buyers). So again, as noted in listing, we do not offer returns. Of course, there is free local pick up and we can meet to assist if you are near Indianapolis or driving through. We do this often. Signature confirmation is required if your item is above $100 so please plan accordingly. Also, we have discounts with FedEx & eBay on shipping which do not always show up in eBay estimates on shipping. We try to refund what we can when there is a notable difference, but we do not know until we actually process the shipping order.
