I believe Lindberg owned the molds at the time and produced these for THC. But I don't know this for fact. For anyone who doesn't already know, the flatbed trailer that IMC released in the early 70s came from the same molds that Testors, and now Lindberg uses. Parts included in this kit come from the same flatbed molds. THC Worldwide was a model railroad oriented company and this kit was produced with those consumers in mind. This is an incomplete never boxed version and does not include tail lights/marker lights, mudflaps, headache rack on the front or instructions. The simplicity of what you're getting here is pretty obvious. Great for kitbashing, this is kind of a generic trailer tooled in halves. Each trailer half scales out to 18 ft roughly (I get 18'2" but don't presume that is exact), so what you're getting builds close to a scale18 ft flatbed body in length. This is basically the rear half of the trailer deck as it was produced for the trailer kits. The deck is molded in a wood/woodgrain type of surface. I've tried to show it in pictures. The ramps included hook onto the deck and have a good diamond texture surface on them. The other piece is the rear bumper that hangs below on the back. Good for adding to a cab chassis, car hauler/gooseneck trailer building, custom fabrication etcetc.. Please look at the pictures carefully, there are no returns, all sales final. All the parts included in this kit are pictured, any parts you don't see, are not included. This will be shipped in good protective shipping, box, bag, padded envelope with protection, whatever works best (for damage free delivery) per purchase. Vintage kit/box art is not included and is internet sourced for reference only. The box art shows some different versions of the complete trailer kits offered over the years.
