Description: Thinning out my 30+ year collection of great Baltimore Maryland and Carroll County soda, beer and whiskey bottles. Offered for sale are both versions (3130 and #135) of the Baltimore Brewing Co's Star of David or Brewer's Star beer bottles. both #140 handblown beer bottles from the Baltimore Brewery. #130 is an aqua applied loop seal in very nice and clean condition. The embossing is strong and there is just a touch high point wear and some internal staining. The bottle has bubbles throughout and nice stretch lines in the neck. This bottle pre-dates the second and has no glasshouse marking to determine the blower. This bottle used a slug plate. #135 is an aqua hand blown bottle with a tooled loop seal in excellent condition. It was blown at the Edward H. Everett glass house in Newark, Ohio. The bottle has a few large bubbles and stretch or whittle across most of the top half of the bottle. This bottle used a full private bottle mold for the embossing. Both bottles were used probably right around 1893-1899.
