These sturdy, medium-sized octa-hoops are 14 karat rose gold and present a beautiful, not-too-pink hue and a shimmery satin finish. The three sides facing front are set with little plates of white gold, and a small diamond is burnished into each plate. The earrings are hinged on the bottom and snap firmly in place. The six diamonds are natural (i.e., not lab-created), but they aren't great. The center stone on one of the earrings has a big slice missing from its table, and one of the other stones has a small table chip. Our price takes into consideration the condition of the diamonds. On the other hand, they're too small and well-set to consider replacing and they do what they're supposed to do, which is add a touch of sparkle. The total diamond weight is around 0.06 carats. These earrings are reversible; the backs of the hoops are solid, with no plates or diamonds, with the same pretty satin finish. The insides of the hoops are stamped "14K" and "585."
