Second Venetian impression (the first edition appeared in Florence in 1699 and the first impression in Venice in 1704). Filippo Corsini's translation of a fundamental work of Spanish historiography on the West Indies, written by De Solis y Rivadeneyra (1610-1686) in 1667 and published in Madrid in Castilian 1684.
