In fair condition. A well-used book with aesthetic issues. Leather afflicted with worm damage in center of front cover, at top extreme, front top hinge, rear board in center and edges. Board are moderately worn with rubbing and scuffing to extremities. Scuffed tips. Top clasps missing segment. Front and rear wooden board exposed and nearly cracked. Extensive worming to front and rear paste downs. All gilt edges with gauffered edges. Leaves have a few instances of worming throughout. Engravings and text not affected. Old hand signature on front flyleaf. Interior age-toned with a few spots/stains. Binding remains tight and intact. Please see photos.
