It is dated "Jan. 26, 1812 by William Darton, London" in the bottom center margin. A facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity, see the pics for the title page copy. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as seen in the main pic, see the pics. Overall, a very rare map in very nice condition that would frame up nicely.Size: The dimensions of the map areas between the neat lines measure approximately 9 by 11 inches (22x28cm) on a 12 1/2 by 15 1/2" page (32x39cm) pageCondition: The map is in Very Good condition for its age printed on a bright high cotton page, light tonal ageing as expected, blank on the reverse, hand numbered in the corner. There is some very minor light browning, light handling and darkening around the edges, otherwise it is a very clean and well preserved map that would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition.
