Description: I am selling a rare 1837 Capped Bust half dime, small 5C Variety! Liberty's bust is broadly outlined, with every letter of LIBERTY visible on the headband, several hairlines can be made out, and her eye, nose and mouth are defined. The eagle is outlined on the reverse, with several of the shield lines showing. Nearly all of the lettering can be read, including most of E PLURIBUS UNUM and the leaves and arrows it is holding are clear. Even all of the reeding can still be seen on the edge. The coin has a few scratches and some residue on the reverse. Please use the pictures to determine the grade and feel free to ask any questions that you have.
