Monin's Atlas Classique de La Geographie, published in Paris 1839, a facsimile copy of the title page is included. It is based on a similar map by Bulla from 1826 and would be adapted by Colton and Johnson for their atlases in the 1850s and 1860s. The map is not matted nor framed, being sold as a single individual sheet as shown in the pic. Size: The map image area measures 17x24 inches (43x64cm) on a 21x27" page (54x70cm) with a wide margin all around. Condition: The map is in Good condition for its age, blank on the reverse, printed on a bright page, basically as seen in the pic. There are few light smudges and stains around the edges, otherwise the map image area is clean and would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
