The reverse of the coin has been altered, possibly to have been used at a brothel in the Wild West in the 1800's. The alteration has been heavily scratched to try and erase it, however, you can still make out that the E in CENT was turned into a U. There is also some small corrosion between the digits of the date, and some discoloration on the reverse.
