The work was published in New York between 1851 and 1854. This is probably a first edition. John James Audubon died before this entire work was finished. His son, also a talented artist completed the series. Therefore some of the prints are signed J.W. Audubon instead of J.J. Audubon. Attached to this print is the page with the raccoon's reference -- pages 273 and 274 Dimensions: 10 3/8" x 6 3/4" Please note condition as it is shown in the pictures! Sold as-is. No returns.
