Description: 1860 Great Britain folded letter to New York. Unclear postmark; red 21 cents and paid markings, indistinct killer. Endorsed Adriatic via Southampton. Scott 28 (the 1856 1 shilling issue), valued $490 on cover (but that's for VF; this is not and has a file fold). Partial letter content; looks like the 1st page may have been removed.
