Description: 1860s cover from Rumford Point ME to Boston. Sans-serif CDS is somewhat stuttered; 3 cent 1861 issue #65. Dealer notations on back (which look like Jack Molesworth) call it a 64b but I disagree. Docketeing, long edge tear at bottom center. Oxford County DPO, 1850-1998. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
