Description: I rarely believe ANACS undergrades coins but this one is beyond explanation. Coin is certified by ANACS as XF40 yet shows little or NO wear and has nice 100% original Red and Brown original luster surfaces. Lost for words. In any case, this is an easy crack out and resubmit to PCGS or NGC. It should be either an AU58 or MS62RB in my humble opinion.
