Description: Two genuine antique sheets taken from a large atlas published by A&C Black.These are large sheets, both titled "Germanic Confederation", one the north sheet and the other the south. With an impressive amount of detail. The confederation extended into what is now Italy (Trieste) and included states like Prussia and Carniola that no longer exist. This clearly comes from a luxury atlas - I can see gold edges to each sheet. Size: each sheet measures approx. 61cms x 45cms when opened out (both sheets with a central fold as issued).Condition: Both sheets a little stained, mainly around the edges. Small tears top and bottom of each fold. Overall in a very acceptable condition. Please study my photographs.
