In the 1920s, the business was purchased by William Dickens of Pinfold Gate. 1937 - 1948 48 Baxter Gate becomes the site of Archie Moss Showrooms, and continues to be a transportation related business. 2024 - now a Papa Johns sits on this site, kitty corner from The Beacon Bingo - progress can be absolutely lovely.
