Hardcover, 8.5 x 6 inches. Covers have been taped by previous owner long ago, tape is coming loose. Heavy rubbing to covers and edges. Needs to be rebound. I counted, all 282 pages are present. One leaf is loose but present, 2 leaves have loss in the corner, see photos. There is some writing / identification on cover, inside cover and on a few pages. Could easily be repaired and would be a really nice piece. A also have a 1899 directory that I will be listing. RARE-no copies currently listed for sale online, it does look like this directory or parts of it are available to view online.
