My terminology of book anatomy may be wrong but I will try my best to describe everything. In my opinion this book is in great condition for its age. It does have some damage. It has some rips to the edges of the binding cover, distress on the corners of the cover, a small rip on the front upper left side of the hard cover, it has some rips to the inside back hard cover, it has discoloration of pages etc. It’s binding seems to be tight and I do not see any writing in the book other than an owners address stamp and signature/gift remark on empty pages at the front of the book. PLEASE, REVIEW THE PICTURES FOR FURTHER DETAIL. if you have any questions I will do my best to answer them. This is a very old book and shows it’s age but overall I think it’s in pretty nice. Measurements: 11x8x2 and the box weighs 4 pounds 11oz after packaging.
