Description: 1887 Morgan Silver Dollar PCGS MS 65, Cert: 26094622 - The obverse and the reverse have a beautiful golden tone around the rims. The coin is gorgeous but much prettier when held in hand. Any darkness in the photos is bright cartwheel luster that dances around the coin when rotated. This coin is almost fully struck, and some people would say it is, but it is not full. The hair over Liberty’s ear is not complete. However, observe the rest of her: the headband, the wheat stalks, the cotton bolls, the cap, and the lower locks. Liberty’s cheek is clean and smooth. Although well defined, the eagle cannot be defined as fully struck because the breast is not, but the rest is full. See the talons gripping the olive branch and arrows, fully brought up as is the wreath beneath. There is what appears to be a slight die-break in the U in United and over STATES. Free Shipping!
