Description: this is a large black and white plate which has come out of a large french publication titled " architecture and decoration of the palais de fontainebleau " by rodolphe pfnor and dated 1885 . this large quality black and white plate measures 19.3/4" - 14" this is in used condition with some age browning and light staining mostly to the border . this quality large plate has fairly thick paper and would look superb cut to size mounted and framed . on one side of the plate is the original cloth type edge which bound the plate to the book . a nice quality historical plate and a great insight to the architecture and decoration of the palais de fontainebleau . please note this will be despatched on a postal tube for safe transportation.
