It is titled and dated in Russian cyrillic alphabet and possibly was taken by Russian diplomat stationed in Cuba at this time. Mounted on cardboard. Unframed. This photograph is very well preserved. There is some photograph and cardboard discoloration and as expected. Image size is 8 5/8 inches by 7 3/16 inches. Cardboard size is 9 1/4 inches by 12 1/2 inches. First four pictures was taken using my scanner and my apology but due to scanner size I was unable to scan full size of this photograph.
