Description: This is a souvenir trinket/jewelry box from the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition that was held in Chicago, IL. This metal box measures about 3 1/4”long x 1 5/8”wide x 3/4” tall x 1/2” deep. It is engraved on the top with a leaf design and the words “World’s Fair 1893”. It has a hinge back for opening and closing and it has an ornate design on all 4 sides of the box, as well as 4 balls at the bottom as the stand. There is some minor scratches , dents/dings however it is in good condition especially for being 131 years old. Please look over the pictures and ask questions before bidding.
