The receipt reads: "Bought of W.H. Messenger, Manufacturer and Dealer in Furniture, Carpets and Stoves, Bed Room, Parlor and Dining Room Suits and Mattresses of all kinds. 101 E. Washington St. and 13, 15 and 17 South Delaware St. Warehouse 186 S. Meridian St." at top. Receipt reads "Indianapolis, Ind. Jan. 20, 1894." and has been marked "Paid" by W.C. Messenger himself for $ 25.00 of a total $ 50 bill for household goods on front-Issued to the Indiana Trust Co.- So Cool! How many of these survived?
