Namchu Wangden is a calligraphic symbol containing the Kālacakra mantra written in the stylized Lantsa script which is a Tibetanized version of the Indian Ranjana script. The Namchu Wangden, or The Ten-fold Powerful One, is a symbol of great protection. Purchased from a estate sale belonging to a collector of an asian artifacts. It is in good condition but seems like that it has been washed at one point in time in the past. Wear on this thangka commensurate with its age.
