Tips for using Flat Back Sew-On Rhinestones 1. If applicable, preshrink and press fabric. Stretch fabric taut before sewing, to ensure a smooth finished appearance. 2. Sew up through the hole and over the edge. Two times should be adequate. 3. Can be washed and also machine dried on a low heat. Turn garments inside out to avoid snagging or scratching. Sew-on flat back beads already have holes in them, and can be attached by traditional sewing methods. Sewing offers a secure fixing option and is less messy than glue. Sew-on flat backs can also be removed and reattached if you make a mistake or change your mind.
