Made by Victoria China, Austria, 8 1/2 inches wide, and the picture seems to be hand painted before firing. It is in nearly mint condition without any visible damage. In tiny lettering below the portrait is "Gov. Diego Narango, Pueblo and Santa Clara", who was the artist that painted the plate. Please Note: Some of the pictures have white glare from my camera flash.
