Description: Here is a guaranteed original Judge Magazine cover dated September 3, 1904 that shows Teddy Roosevelt sitting astride the year 1904 as Alton B. Parker is simultaneously crushed by the same timepiece, his Bench upturned. His 3 R's are Resignation, Rejection and Retirement. It measures approx. 10" by 13 1/2" and has jokes and a cartoon on the reverse side. The artist is Halrymple. Beautiful, rich color and a great illustration. Excellent condition except for the bottom edge which has minor material loss and some edge tears, but these can easily be cropped or matted out which I'll leave up to you.
