Description: From a recent estate sale is an old postcard sent from Japan to Buffalo, New York. The cancel is not readable to me but there is a date stamp on the front left bottom corner for Dec. 21, 1906. The message, or what I can make out of it is, "Our church at ???? a town 25 miles from Osaka. The pastor wife & baby stand in the door. The white paper in the lattice work is the announcement of the meetings to be held that night. My name is written & the subject for the sermon." I can't make out the name that has been signed. The postcard has some edge wear and creasing.
