I honestly have never seen another one like it. It measures around 2.5" X 3.5". Please do not buy this if you think it is an original, as it is not, but it is one of the best aged reprints I have ever seen. The background on this is that it was made in Florida by hand from a professional printer that just wanted to make a replica of a card he would never have. I also have the Honus Wagner version. For your convenience, I have included high resolution pictures of the front and back, so please judge for yourself. These cards would be a great addition to any vintage collection.
