Binding is shaken and loose though still sound but with splitting to the endpages in the hinges showing the crash cloth in the gutters. Superficial damp ripple bottom edge of the page stock. Occasional infrequent spotting / soiling to the page stock. Page 145/146 has the top third of the page torn away and missing.
