The gutters are split (the pages ARE tight). The name of a previous owner is neatly written on the front flyleaf and the top of the first blank page. The pages have tanned slightly over time. There is a tiny spot/mark/smudge/pencil mark on less than about fifteen pages. There is a stain on the top edge of about forty pages (mostly very minor. There is a photo of the worst page).
