N.V. Nekrasov was a member of the Constitutional Democratic Party or Kadet’s Party as it was known and was Secretary General of the Russian Empire from 1912 to 1913 and again from 1914 to 1916. N.V. Nekrasov was also elected to the Third and Fourth State Dumas in 1907 and 1912 respectively and was Governor General of Finland when the Imperial Russian government was overthrown in 1917. This poster has been professionally backed to linen with some minor repairs and expert touch to short tears and small abrasions up as needed. Overall condition is very good for this antique original.
