Description: This is a pastel, pencil and watercolor, that is signed and dated 1919, that was originally framed, in Paris, at the famed photography studio Marius Neyroud. It looks to be dedicated to a Doctor George Bernard? and signed by the artist. It’s been reframed in a period gold oak frame with the original, wavy and bubbledglass. The drawing has some foxing, with the window in the mat measuring 10”x 8”. The frame is in good condition, measuring 18 1/2”x 15 1/2”. A helpful person suggested this was the work of French artist Leonce Pelletier 1869-1950.Thanks.
