Description: I have several of these old store stock 20s fine wool/cotton blend tank slips. They all have age-related (not wear-related) storage discoloration but are in excellent condition otherwise. All four are a natural off-white color. The tank slips are bound around the armholes and bodice top with cotton and serged at hem to prevent fraying. Long enough to serve as a slip for a short flapper dress, these were the sportier model of undergarment, worn for a warm layer under tennis or hiking clothes. All fit my size 4 manikin perfectly, and since they are knit there is plenty of stretch to them but I am basing the size recommendation on the armhole openings, for greatest comfort. They are about 30-32 inches in length.
