It is artist signed, but I can't read the signature for sure. There are some small bends and the faint impression on the front from the postmark pressed heavily on the back. Otherwise, it is in good+ condition. The lucky winner pays $1.75 shipping for 1 to up to 11 postcards in the US for purchases made within a single week.
