Description: It's always a special occasion when a U.S. president returns to his hometown while in office. But it's REALLY something when he's the special guest at the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the founding of that fair city. In fact, we can't come up with another example of this occurrence in our history. But, back in 1922, new (sort of) President Warren G. Harding came back to his hometown, Marion, Ohio, for such a shindig, and this standard size postcard was made as a commemorative souvenir. We have the metal token which commemorates this event for sale in our eBay store, item 275666011729, as well as a large, felt pennant, item 275666031877. This is in nice condition, but please enlarge our images to judge this for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase. We are members of APIC and sell only authentic presidential (and other collectible) material so buy with confidence. We'll be happy to combine S & H costs on multiple purchases. Shipping on this will be $5.50 first class, carefully packed, with tracking. 6752
