John Kearsley Mitchell of Philadelphia, in the office of acting District Attorney Pecora on March 24th where he had been summoned for further questioning in the mysterious slaying of Dorothy King, model, who was found dead in her apartment. Mr. Pecora had previously named Mitchell as the mysterious "Mr. Marshall," the alleged patron of the slain girl. Mitchell is the husband of the former Miss Frances B.
