Good-looking original coin with a 4-digit date, a light gold tone obverse, and some subdued mint luster, better on the obverse. Coin is covered in a thin film of purse slime, dust, and dirt. Strong old folder tarnish on parts of the obverse, must not have been pressed all the way into the spot in the folder and not lying flat, leaving the N and E edge raised up and in contact with the old paper. Strong reeded edge, no rotated reverse, and no reverse die clash. The reeded edge and corners on this coin are in near-perfect condition. Weighs 6.1 grams. This coin goes great with the 1923 XF original I have listed. Has some negatives: there is an old scratch between the eagle's wings, there is a new scrape/scratches near the edge at about 5 o'clock reverse.
