Description: This Ankle rest and hardware were identified as from a koken beauty shop chair from 1925-1930 by the koken company and as far as I can tell it is from a variation of the #547 chair. You can see a picture of the chair itself and the letter from the koken company sent in 1981. The swivel mechanism has a number of 993 and the other brackets have a number of 1056A. Think it has been painted could be refurbished or use as is. Paperwork not included. But I can make a copy if you want.
