Cisler takes post as the new Air Mail Service chief This is an original press photo. S.A. Cisler, the new chief of the Air Mail Service at his desk in Omaha tearing into it right of the bat. Mr. Cisler took over his new duties today (October 26). The new air mail superintendent was superintendent of the division embracing Nebraske, Iowa and Wyoming in 1917. Following that assignment, Mr. Cisler had charge of the railway mail system for the American Expeditionary forces in Siberia. Returning to American in 1920, he was made superintendent of the St. Louis division and on June 15, 1923, he was reassigned to the Omaha post. Mr. Cisler has been in the mail service 37 years.
